One of the best prescriptions to fight off depression and anxiety is getting out into the sun and committing to moderate amounts of exercise on a daily basis. You don't have to train for a marathon but even 20 - 30 minutes of exercise can elevate body chemistry and lift you out of the darkness of depression and the stress of constant anxiety.
