Rather than giving in to fear, bring more loving kindness into the world that surrounds you. Increase your gift of gentle loving energy into the world, pushing against the fear and hurt that is surrounding us on all fronts. Don't give into the pain, overcome it and become a stronger more beautiful version of you.
